Recommended Tennis Attire for SRTC

All adult and junior tennis players should follow these guidelines:
 

Appropriate tennis attire for men and boys is colored, recognized tennis wear, such as collared tennis shirts, tennis tee shirts and tennis shorts. Tennis shorts do not include bathing suits, soccer shorts, cutoffs, jams or basketball shorts.

	The Board has decided to permit the "Nadal" type sleeveless sport shirts. Sleeveless tee shirts and sleeveless undershirts are still not allowed.
	Appropriate tennis attire for women and girls is tennis tops, tennis skirts, tennis shorts and tennis dresses. Swim suits, jams, cutoffs, jogging shorts, sports bras or non-tennis tube tops are not permitted.
	Tee shirts are acceptable only if they are solid-colored or tennis tee shirts specifically.
	Appropriate tennis shoes do not have heavily treaded soles. The tread must not dig up or leave distinctive patterns on the court. Cross training shoes, soles with waffle designs, large block lettering and/or wide grooves are not permitted.

People who do not abide by these regulations will not be allowed to use the SRTC tennis courts. The director of tennis and club manager will be monitoring players and see that these rules are uniformly enforced.
